Eight Days of Fried Delights

Food is the universal constant of the holiday season, and today NPR.org has  a recipe for Israel’s national Hannukah food, sufganiyot. These sugary donuts are fried in oil, coated in sugar, and filled with jam.  Visit npr.org for the recipe and a little background on why Hannukah food is usually fried.
